How do I solve a word fill-in?
Fit each word from the bank into a horizontal or vertical slot. Crossing letters must match. Use each listed word once. No written clues are needed.
What changes with difficulty?
Easy gives starting letters and sorts words by length, within a 15 × 15 grid. Medium removes starting letters and allows up to 20 × 20. Hard uses an alphabetical bank without lengths and allows up to 25 × 25. Your actual grid fits the words.
Why are words missing?
Words must share letters and fit without touching incorrectly. Unplaced words are listed above the preview and excluded from the word bank. Try another layout or edit your list.
Is there only one solution?
The answer key shows one valid arrangement. Some word lists can allow other arrangements, especially with short or similar words.
What do PDF and Print include?
A blank worksheet with its word bank, followed by a separate filled answer key. PNG downloads the current preview.
Can I save and edit it later?
