MY PUZZLE KIT

Terms & licence

The rules for using My Puzzle Kit and the puzzle materials you create.

Effective 15 September 2026

Who provides the service

My Puzzle Kit is a trading name of Habiba Arts Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17444310. Our registered office is Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilsons Business Park, Manchester, United Kingdom, M40 8WN.

Your licence to generated materials

Free plan users may use generated materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Teacher subscribers may use them for their own classroom and tutoring work. School subscribers may use them internally across their licensed teaching team.

An active Commercial subscription permits you to sell finished worksheets, puzzle PDFs, puzzle images and printed books created with My Puzzle Kit. This commercial permission ends when the Commercial subscription ends, but products created and first published while it was active may remain on sale.

These permissions apply only to finished generated materials. They do not transfer ownership of the My Puzzle Kit website, software, design, branding or source code, and they do not permit you to copy or resell the puzzle generator, blank editable templates or source files.

Your content and permissions

You are responsible for the words, clues, quotations, names and other content you enter. Only use content that you created, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to use. You keep any rights you already hold in your content.

My Puzzle Kit does not grant rights to third-party names, trademarks, books, characters, quotations or other protected material that you choose to enter.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, abusive or misleading material; interfere with the website; bypass its security; or falsely suggest that Habiba Arts Ltd endorses your product or content.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the puzzle makers useful and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Review every puzzle and answer key before printing, publishing or selling it. You remain responsible for deciding whether a generated activity is accurate and suitable for its intended audience.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when the service or its features change. The date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
