What changes with difficulty?
Easy hides one letter in each word. Medium hides roughly 40% and Hard roughly 65%, rounded up. At least one letter always remains visible.
Can I use my own words?
Yes. Enter 1–15 unique words, each with 3–18 English letters. Separate them with commas or new lines. Numbers, phrases and punctuation are not supported.
Can more than one word fit the blanks?
Yes. The answer key shows your original words, but another word may fit the same pattern. Use the worksheet alongside a spelling list or lesson topic when a specific answer is required.
Where are the answers?
Turn on Answer key to fill the missing letters in green. PDF and Print include a worksheet and separate answer key. PNG exports the current preview.
